How is the pricing calculated for Genesis One
Representatives will get on a call with you and your team to understand your needs and requirements. Based on the number of accounts, users, total amount of collections as well as total volume of conversation that may take place through our platform, we will provide a price.
Can I request custom features and workflows?
Absolutely! If you have custom features and workflows that you need or integrations you want us to do then you can definitely let us know. It is suggested that if you have custom workflows and requests that are unique to your organization you opt for the enterprise plan to ensure maximum support from our side.
Are there SMS and Email limits?
For free plan the sms and email limit is to 500 messages and 500 emails. For other plans the limits will be set based on requirements. Exceeding those limits will cost a nominal fee per email/sms you send.
Can I upgrade to a better plan later on?
Ofcourse! You can upgrade to a better plan from the platform itself.
How do you process payments from debtors?
We have our own service providers which you can opt for. You can also upload your own custom payment links if you want to process payments yourselves.
